An expertly designed gourmet menu, fresh, natural juices, amazing food awaits you at Oriente Salvaje, which means Wild East. The name defines the areas to the East of the Rio Lempa which you will cross on your way from the airport and symbolically divides the country in half.
Inspired by the Pacific Ocean and designed by a culinary team of experts who made a fusion of healthy cuisine using fresh and organic ingredients from local markets and Salvadoran cuisine with an exquisite modern globally cuisine in a simple uncomplicated way in order to provide a unique dining experience at our open-air restaurant built out of regional and sustainable hardwoods.

Oriente Salvaje is dedicated to sustainability, sourcing locally grown fruits and vegetables, and also offering prime, imported Angus grade beef and fresh Pacific Seafood.
Surf, yoga, think, write, drink, laugh, reset, and create with us. Enjoy breakfast and lunch menus a-la-carte with a diverse and healthy selection. The evening experience allows guests to enjoy a three course dinner with choice of entrée.
Las Flores Resort guests receive breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the nightly rate*. (*Additional charge may apply for shellfish subject to availability). Meal times are Continental breakfast 5-8am, a la carte breakfast 8-11am, lunch 12 noon-4pm, and dinner 7pm-8pm to allow your family the flexibility to coordinate meals with your daily schedules.

Our restaurant Oriente Salvaje Restaurant features a complete and healthy kids menu, in addition to our regular a-la-carte menu for breakfast and lunch, vegetarian menu, 3 course nightly dinner w/seafood, meat or vegetarian selection, and theme nights dining (plenty of selection and variety).

Mango’s Bar & Lounge

Our dreamy beach mean many good times ahead. Come along to our Mango’s Bar & Lounge and its infinity poolside with impressive ocean view to enjoy nature.. We serve a selection of refreshing smoothies, natural juices, and energy drinks in addition to a full bar service with domestic and international beers, wines, champagnes, and top shelf liquors of the world.
What makes a great beach bar great? There are no formulas, no magic ingredientes, but we certainly have it. Our bar specializes in top Mixology cocktails, from classics to new favourites and also our signature cocktails, as Las Flores Mai Thai crafted with Salvadoran spirits.
Serving up some delicious cocktails, we also serve tasty light bites perfectly matched with our wine selection.
As a standard package inclusion in the nightly rate, our guests receive beverages from a selection of daily natural fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea and bottled water. Guests also receive choice of 3 sodas or 3 national beers (changeable for 1 glass of house wine or 1 fruit smoothie) per day. Drinks not mentioned in the package inclusions have an additional fee and would be billed to a guest room account.
